Hermes Personal Assistant is a privately operated AI application for personal scheduling, email assistance, and productivity management.
With the account owner's authorization, the application may access Gmail messages and Google Calendar data using the Google APIs and granted permissions.
Authorized data is used to respond to requests, identify appointments and deadlines, detect scheduling conflicts, and assist with productivity tasks. Relevant information may be processed by configured AI service providers.
Application configuration, authentication credentials, task information, and conversation history may be stored on the operator's private server. Access is intended to be restricted to authorized users and application components.
Information may be processed by connected AI providers and messaging services when needed to perform requested tasks. The application is not intended to sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Data may remain in application memory, storage, and logs until deleted by the operator, subject to applicable service-provider retention policies. The operator can delete locally stored information.
Google account permissions can be revoked through Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically remove previously stored data.
